Master Distiller Gilles Merlet of Cognac, France, uses his unique skills to ensure that this Leblon cachaca maintains its superb taste. Single batch distilled in alambique copper potstills, this dark rum is a complex, smooth liquor with notes of honey, caramel and pine nuts.
